حذف حساب موعد وبياناتك
يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك من داخل التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا إن لم يكن التطبيق مثبّتاً لديك.
من داخل التطبيق
الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يتم الحذف فوراً، وهو نهائي.
إن لم يكن التطبيق مثبّتاً
أرسل رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل في حسابك إلى support@getmawed.com واكتب في الموضوع «حذف حساب». نطلب الإرسال من البريد نفسه لأنه الطريقة الوحيدة للتأكد أن الطلب منك. تُنفَّذ الطلبات خلال 30 يوماً كحدّ أقصى، وعادةً أسرع من ذلك بكثير.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني
- ملفك الشخصي: الاسم، اسم المستخدم، التفضيلات، وصورتك إن رفعتها
- كل مواعيدك ومهامك وملاحظاتك ومبالغها
- مدفوعاتك المسجَّلة وتذكيراتك وسجلّ إطلاقها
- سجلّ الاستخراج، بما فيه نصّ كل جملة أرسلتها
الحذف نهائي. لا توجد نسخة احتياطية يمكن الرجوع إليها، ولا يمكننا استرجاع شيء بعده.
ما لا يُحذف: سجلّات تقنية لا تحتوي على أي شيء مما كتبته — أرقام ومعرّفات طلبات فقط — وأي مبالغ اشتراك تحتفظ بسجلّها Apple أو Google، لا موعد.

Delete your Mawed account and data
You can delete your account yourself inside the app, or write to us if the app is not installed.
Inside the app
Settings → Delete account. It happens immediately and it is permanent.
If the app is not installed
Email support@getmawed.com from the address registered on your account, with “Delete account” as the subject. We ask you to write from that address because it is the only way to be sure the request is yours. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest, and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your profile: name, username, preferences, and your picture if you uploaded one
- Every entry, task, note and amount
- Recorded payments, reminders, and the record of when they fired
- The extraction log, including the text of every sentence you sent
Deletion is permanent. There is no backup to restore from, and nothing can be recovered afterwards.
What is not deleted: technical logs that contain nothing you wrote — request identifiers and counts only — and any subscription records held by Apple or Google rather than by Mawed.
